Miracle of Miracle...
So when we knew our referral was coming, we redid our fingerprints and mailed off to the FBI.We need this back ground check for court, and I had been reading it was taking 12 weeks to get these from the FBI. Well guess what came in the mail today? Our FBI background checks, they only took 3 weeks to do. So we are ready for court :) Just need to meet our son, sign paperwork to get the ball rolling in Bulgaria and fill out and mail our I800. Then we should be done until we bring him home!!! Can it be this easy? Well we could always have delays with our I800 I guess. Will keep you posted. Leaving soon on a jet plane....

Yay!!! Praying for everything to go smoothly with the rest of the process. It did go pretty easily for us after, so it can happen. Enjoy your son!! Still praying and will continue to pray!! Thank you, Jesus!!

Yay!!!! But I'll just warn you....they may ask for those prints again...and then the judge may ask for them...expect ANYTHING! I can't wait to hear about your trip!! Praying for a safe and pleasant trip to BULGARIA! WOO-HOO!!!

We had to update our criminal check/finger prints. I got our paper back without a seal and had to send it back requesting the seal and now sending it to another agency to get the apostille! Crazy government of ours!!
That's good to know! I think we're going to go ahead and update ours now, so if it only takes 3 weeks, that'd be perfect with my time line :)
