Great site to learn about the medicine they have these days and how the virus is NOT transmitted. Why hasn't the public been educated about this since the 1980's. Why do these people have to live a secret, because we can't educate ourselves? I am glad my eyes have been opened, if anything, through this journey.

I agree Celeste. I began looking into this as a SN adoption option... and was floored that I didn't know how well these kiddos do as well as how non-contagious they are once on anti-viral cocktail! Amazing!!!
I know...we looked in to this, too. But because of Dave's Crohn's disease, he's at a higher risk for contracting the disease so it isn't an option for us :(
