Homestudy in the mail!
Woohoo. After calling yesterday and this morning I finally picked up our home study so we could get it in the mail with our I800a extension. Of course we are having high winds and tornado warnings, so the lady at the post office said the planes might not take off tonight to over night our paperwork....but I am thankful it is off and will be there soon, out of my hands. So the count down begins, how long will it take to get approval? and fingerprint appointment?

We mailed our I-800A extension paperwork on 10/2 and our fingerprint appointment has been set for 11/16.
That's definitely sooner/faster than I expected based on the recent experiences of other families.
